IDEA: Intelligent Design for Enterprise Architecture
An AI-augmented architecture practice: a shared knowledge base, analysis tools and a team of agents that help architects move from requirement to design faster, with a human making every final call.
Came up with the concept and designed the platform architecture and roadmap. We design and build it, and most of the code is written by AI (Claude, ChatGPT and DeepSeek) under our direction and review.
Designed the architecture knowledge base and the library of reference patterns that the whole team can search, annotate and reuse.
Defined the gap and impact analysis method, which turns "should we modernise this?" into a clear comparison of options.
Designed a multi-agent workflow in which agents plan, draft and cross-check design documents, and a human signs off every one.
Set the principles: model-agnostic, tools connected through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and a clear policy on what data may reach an LLM.

A BIS Innovation Hub initiative that connects national instant-payment systems. Each country connects once and can then reach all the others. Thailand (PromptPay) is one of five first movers, alongside India, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.
Represent NITMX, Thailand's instant-payment system operator, in the multilateral technical work.
Took part in the technical RFP for the central Nexus platform, assessing its core capabilities.
Helped shape how the central hub and each country's node should connect and work together.
